Logan Wealing

Logan Wealing is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on variation management and product development. Currently serving as the Variation Management Engineering Manager at SRAM, LLC since August 2008, Logan has leveraged expertise in design for six sigma and dimensional management to mentor engineers and implement global product development solutions. Responsibilities include teaching over 150 team members across multiple continents, translating customer requirements into design objectives, and developing tolerance analysis processes. Prior roles at SRAM include Senior Design Engineer for brakes and MTB wheels, where leadership in continuous improvement and product life cycle management were emphasized. Logan began professional experience as an Architectural Intern at The Larson Group and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from both Purdue University and Loughborough University.
