Kraig Rando

Kraig Rando has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Munitions Specialist in the United States Air Force until 2004. Following this, they joined SRC and held multiple positions including Material Handling Lead from October 2004 to January 2007, Supply Chain Lead / Material Planning from January 2007 to January 2008, Production Program Manager from January 2008 to January 2010, and Sr. Program Manager from January 2010 to May 2019. Currently, they are working as the Director of Operations at SRC. Additionally, in 2020, Kraig participated in the Leadership Greater Syracuse program as a member of the Class of 2021.

Kraig Rando's education history includes obtaining a CPD degree from Wharton Executive Education in 2023, an MBA degree from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management in 2013, and a BS degree in Business Management / HR Management from Columbia College, Columbia University in 2009. In 2021, Kraig also completed the Leadership Greater Syracuse program. Additionally, Kraig has obtained several certifications from Wharton Executive Education, including "Becoming a Leader of Leaders: Pathways for Success" and "Certificate of Professional Development" in 2023, and "Finance and Accounting for the Non-Financial Manager" in 2020.
