Theophilus Jackman has been employed in various roles in the United States Air Force and other organizations since 1998. In 1998, they were a Software Engineer and System Administrator for the Air Force Institute for Environment, Safety and Occupational Health Risk Analysis. From 2000 to 2011, they served in various roles such as Chief of Operations, Commander of Mission Systems Flight, Chief of Programming and Budget Execution Branch, Chief of Resource Analysis Branch, Chief of Chief Information Officer (CIO) Support Branch, and Commander of Detachment 1, 318 IOG. From 2011 to 2017, they were the Commander of 834 Cyberspace Operations Squadron. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Branch Chief of Cyberspace Capability Development for The Joint Staff. In 2020, they began working as a Project Manager for SRC Technologies Inc., providing innovative solutions in support of Department of Defense mission operations.
Theophilus Jackman holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Baylor University, obtained in 1997. Theophilus then went on to obtain a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Computer Information Resource Management from Webster University in 1999. In 2015, Jackman obtained the GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) certification from the SANS Institute, as well as the GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) certification in April of the same year. Finally, in August 2019, Jackman obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)\u00b2.
