Justin Scott

Justin Scott, AICP, is an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in urban planning and transportation. Currently employed at SRF Consulting Group since March 2020, Justin has previously held project management roles at Metro Analytics from July 2019 to March 2020, and at HNTB from September 2012 to July 2019. Earlier in their career, Justin worked as a Transportation Planner at both HNTB and Wilbur Smith Associates, where duties included transportation analysis. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Studies from the University of Minnesota, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
