Ajay Chowdhury

Ajay Chowdhury is an experienced HR leader, currently serving as Sr. Vice President & Head - HR at SRF Limited since February 2010. Previously, Ajay founded and led Benifys as Chief Executive Officer, providing comprehensive HR solutions, and established whatif to focus on leadership development and sales systems in organizations. Ajay co-founded Aspire Human Capital Management Pvt. Limited and held various leadership roles in renowned companies, including Director of Learning & Development at Dell International Services and Director of Human Resources at Fidelity Business Services. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, a Master's in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi University.
