Sanjay Deshmukh

Sanjay Deshmukh possesses over 27 years of experience in the API and bulk drug R&D sectors. Currently serving as General Manager (API, R&D) at Sri Krishna Pharmaceuticals Ltd. since August 2018, Deshmukh previously worked as Principal Scientist at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited from August 2005 to 2018, where product candidates were selected for filing in regulated markets. Earlier tenure includes a role as SR. MANAGER R&D at Lupin Pharmaceuticals from November 1990 to August 2005, during which seven patents were filed and process development for APIs was conducted. Academic qualifications include a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Moolji Jaitha College, Jalgaon, a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from the same institution, and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Bundelkhand University.
