Oliver Walker

Oliver Walker is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT operations and support services. Currently serving as Manager of IT Operations at SRK Consulting since September 2011, Oliver oversees the Service Desk team for 300 users across 13 offices in Canada and the U.S. Previously, Oliver held roles as IT Service Manager, Network Support Technician, Desktop Support, and Systems Administrator in various organizations, addressing IT infrastructure needs and user support for diverse office environments. With a solid educational background in Computer Science from Cedar Valley Community College and additional training from Gestalt Training Group, Oliver has developed a comprehensive skill set in IT management, user support, and network infrastructure setup.
