Mangesh Shirodkar

Mangesh joined SRL Limited in April 2019 as Financial Controller and has been leading and aligning the finance function to be in lock-step with the obligations of the business. He oversees all slants of financial activities including financial analysis and reporting, Merger and acquisition, Management information systems, taxes, treasury and risk management. He plays a business partner role by collaborating with various stake holders and aligning organisational goals. With 20 years of experience in finance and functions, Mangesh most recently served Fortis, one of the top healthcare chains as Regional Finance Controller for South and West India wherein was handling 10 units with turnover of more than 1200 Cr. Before Fortis, Mangesh spent around 15 years in various operational and financial leadership positions within Talwalkar's Better Value Fitness Ltd, Wockhardt Hospitals and Praxair India as well. Mangesh holds a CA degree from ICAI and is graduated from Mumbai University.
