Gabriela Monteiro

Gabriela Monteiro currently serves as a Junior Recruitment and Selection Analyst at SRM ASSET, beginning in September 2023, where responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, coordinating with managers on job scopes, and supporting onboarding and offboarding activities. Previously, Gabriela held an internship in the same field, assisting with all stages of recruitment and selection, including job profile alignment, candidate feedback, and improving processes. Additionally, Gabriela has experience as an ABA practitioner at Instituto Casula from September 2021 to March 2022. Gabriela is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Centro Universitário FAM, expected to be completed in December 2024.
