Aubree Scheideman

Aubree Scheideman is a seasoned professional in real estate finance and underwriting, currently serving as Manager of Real Estate Underwriting and Finance at SRM Development since July 2018, after progressing from the role of Capital Markets & Acquisitions Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Washington Trust Bank as Collateral Risk Officer and Senior Credit Analyst, where responsibilities included overseeing collateral examinations and analyzing credit risk for commercial real estate borrowers. Aubree's career also features foundational roles as Appraiser Trainee and Commercial Real Estate Researcher at Valbridge Property Advisors and as a Research Assistant at the Washington Center for Real Estate Research. Aubree earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University in 2011.
