Vanshika Jain

Vanshika Jain is currently serving as the Student Coordinator of the Centre of Law and Technology at SRM University Sonepat, Haryana. Previous legal internships include working under Advocate Shyam Jain at the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, where extensive work on Direct and Indirect Tax Laws was undertaken, and assisting Advocate on Record Aditi Gupta at the Supreme Court of India on various legal matters, including labor laws and a writ petition regarding the right to electricity. Additional experience encompasses roles at the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, legal research in consumer law and the Indian Penal Code, and positions in public relations, content writing, and human resources. Vanshika Jain is pursuing a BA.,LL.B in Law from SRM University, scheduled for completion in 2024.
