Thomas Gipson

Tom is an associate attorney with SRS Acquiom. He collaborates with clients and outside counsel to draft, negotiate and finalize M&A documents and related transaction documents. Tom has extensive transactional experience advising clients on a variety of complex deals.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Tom worked as an associate attorney for a boutique law firm in Chicago where he represented clients in a broad range of transactions, such as employment contracts, Non-disclosure and settlement agreements, as well as in litigation.

Tom received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from DePaul University.
