Maarten Krijnen

Maarten Krijnen has extensive experience in the hospitality and facility service sectors, currently serving as a Facility Steward at ss Rotterdam since December 2012. This role involves overseeing various aspects of the ship's operations, including fire safety, technical support, IT, parking management, interior setup, and security. Prior to this, Maarten worked in diverse roles such as Allroundmedewerker and service staff, gaining valuable experience in meetings and events, logistics, and dining services. Maarten also has experience as an Assistent zaalchef at Amsterdam Conference Centre Beurs van Berlage and as a horeca medewerker with JMW Horeca Uitzendbureau, serving prestigious clients at notable locations in the Netherlands. Maarten’s early career included various positions through ASA Student Uitzendbureau, where responsibilities ranged from cleaning to event support. Maarten holds education from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and Coornhert Lyceum.
