Katalina Yin

Katalina Yin currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at SS8 Networks, overseeing HR functions for a global company across three countries and five locations. Key achievements include leading a talent branding initiative, executive coaching, and successfully integrating an acquired UK company while retaining 100% of employees post-merger. Previously, Katalina held significant HR roles at Super Micro Computer, Inc., where compensation frameworks for 6,000 employees were revamped, and at Western Digital, where integration strategies for over 100,000 employees across multiple countries were executed post-merger. Katalina's career began at Applied Materials, Inc., leading a global HR team through a complex divestiture project. Katalina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR Management from San Jose State University.
