Katie Anderson

Katie Anderson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager and Support Operations Manager at SSA Group since May 2021, Katie focuses on operational support at the Cincinnati Zoo. Previous roles include Catering Operations Manager at Service Systems Associates, where Katie oversaw logistics for a large museum venue and Event Captain at Funky's Catering, managing corporate and social events.
