Ramu A has extensive experience in HR and IT recruitment, currently serving as HR A at SSA Tech Inc since February 2015, where responsibilities include managing the full cycle of sales, gathering requirements, and coordinating consultant placements while utilizing internal software for resume screening. Prior to this role, Ramu A worked at CodeForce 360 from August 2013 to January 2015 as an IT Recruitments – Bench Sales & Online Training Coordinator, similarly engaged in sales cycles and resume evaluation. Ramu A holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Sree Kavitha Engineering College and completed BIE with a focus on MPC from NGJC.
