Jenni Varfan

Jenni Varfan is an experienced project and Scrum Master with a strong background in managing diverse teams and delivering complex projects across various industries, including retail, manufacturing, and mining. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Vincit since December 2022, Jenni facilitates scrum meetings, supports teams, manages backlogs, and removes blockers for eCommerce projects. Previous roles include Project Manager for Hybris and Salesforce CPQ implementations, and Project Lead for digital commerce platform projects at Bilot, demonstrating expertise in resourcing, budget management, and stakeholder communication. Jenni's career also includes technical support and application specialist positions, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of both project management and technical aspects. Jenni holds a Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
