Michael Janosik

Michael Janosik has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Michael most recently served as the Director of Operations at SSC Signs & Lighting since May 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Production Manager at Starline Holdings, LLC, and later at Universal Electric Corp from 2017 to 2019, where they managed a large-scale production operation involving 400 employees. Before that, they served as the General Manager at Burton Signworks Inc., overseeing a $15M operation and leading various departments such as Engineering, Design Services, and Quality Assurance.

Earlier in their career, Michael performed the role of Director of Production Coordination at NW Sign Industries, managing a $45M operation with multiple regional centers. Michael also served as the VP of Operations at Chestnut Ridge Foam Inc. and worked as a Manufacturing Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company. Throughout their career, they demonstrated proficiency in profit and loss responsibility, production planning, and implementation of lean manufacturing practices.

Michael Janosik has a BSIE degree in Operations from West Virginia University. Additionally, they have completed an MBA in Operations from Duquesne University Palumbo Donahue School of Business.
