Ruben Bravo

Ruben Bravo is an experienced Energy Systems Analyst at SSE Energy Solutions since August 2022, previously serving as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at The University of Manchester from June 2020 to August 2022. Ruben's academic background includes a PhD in Engineering with a focus on Energy Systems from The University of Edinburgh, complemented by a Master's in Energy Systems from the University of Melbourne. Prior experience includes roles as a Visiting Researcher at Universidad de Sevilla, a Plant Engineer at ENAP, a Space Systems Engineer in the Chilean Air Force, and various engineering positions at BHP Billiton and ENAP. Additionally, Ruben has contributed to education as a lecturer in Industrial Plant Design.
