Phil Smith

Phil Smith is an experienced DevOps Release Manager currently with Neos Networks, leading orchestration and automation programs while also serving as Interim Scrum Master for developer teams. Smith's career spans over two decades in project and operations management within the telecommunications sector, including significant roles at Virgin Media and Cable and Wireless, where successful projects included the establishment of new broadband infrastructure and the migration of communications links for major retailers. Previously, Smith has held various leadership positions, such as Implementation Director at ICEE Managed Services Ltd, leading teams to improve customer experiences and profitability. Education includes an HND in Electronics and Telecommunications from Highbury Technical College.
