Garry Miller

Garry Miller is an experienced professional in project and contract management, currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at SSE plc since January 2010, where responsibilities include the delivery management of projects valued up to £10 million and the implementation of commitment-based management processes that achieve a 15% cost reduction on all projects. Prior roles include Contracts Manager at GSH, overseeing facilities management contracts for banking clients in Northern Scotland, and Maintenance and Operations Manager at Turner Facilities Management, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators for maintenance contracts in Southern Iraq.
