Florante Melecio

Florante Melecio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction management and energy efficiency. Currently serving as a Quality Control Manager and Site Safety and Health Officer at Wolf Creek Federal Services since November 2016, Florante also holds the position of Construction Management Engineer at SSFM International since October 2013. Prior experience includes a role as Energy Efficiency Manager at DZSP21, LLC from July 2007 to October 2013. Florante Melecio earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Energy Experience from the Cebu Institute of Technology between 1972 and 1975.
