Sarah de Munck

Sarah De Munck is an accomplished professional in the field of environmental health and medical coordination. Currently serving as Coordination Scientifique at SSMG asbl since July 2020, Sarah leads a team of 15 in training healthcare professionals through conferences, webinars, and e-learning, while also promoting research initiatives in environmental health. Additionally, as Environmental Health Project Manager at Canopea from July 2021 to November 2024, Sarah manages projects focused on pesticide monitoring and the migration of substances from food packaging, promoting sustainable healthcare practices. Sarah holds a Doctorate in Medicine from Université catholique de Louvain and has furthered education with certificates in clinical nutrition and ecological health approaches.
