Greg Gibson

Greg Gibson has extensive work experience in the mining industry. Greg started their career at AngloGold Ashanti in 2010, where they held various roles including Mine Operations Superintendent and Sr. Business Analyst. In 2014, they became the Mine Manager, a position they held until 2016. In 2016, they joined SSR Mining Inc. as Operations Manager and later became the General Manager. Currently, Greg serves as the Vice President of Operations - Americas at SSR Mining Inc.

Greg Gibson, GCB.D, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Greg further pursued their education at the same institution, completing a Master's Degree in Mining and Earth Systems Engineering from 2003 to 2005. In 2021, Greg completed the Competent Boards Certificate Program. Additionally, they have obtained the Global Competent Boards Designation from ESG Competent Boards in the same year. It is not specified if Greg has obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
