Bill Roberts

William Roberts has extensive experience in operations and supervisory roles, currently serving as an Operations Manager at SSRS since June 2019. Previous positions at SSRS include Senior Data Entry Supervisor and Survey Support Associate Supervisor, where responsibilities included overseeing clerks, solving problems creatively, and providing coaching to staff. William also has experience as a Mailroom Associate Supervisor and Survey Support Clerk, focusing on data entry accuracy and project assistance. Prior to SSRS, William worked at Spor's General Store from June 2006 to June 2019 in various roles, including dishwasher and stock person, emphasizing inventory management and customer service. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Energy Business and Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Certificate in Accounting and Taxation from Bucks County Community College.
