Melissa Herrmann has served as President of SSRS since October 2008, specializing in market and public policy research across various sectors, including media, foundations, educational institutions, non-profits, government, and major corporations. Prior to this role, Melissa held positions as an Account Executive at International Communications Research from August 1998 to October 2008 and as Research Director at Chilton Research Services from 1996 to 1998, focusing on political polling and academic studies. Melissa holds a Master's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and two Bachelor's Degrees in Communications/Journalism/Psychology and Psychology/Journalism/Mass Media from Rutgers University.
