Ash Roychowdhury

In addition to being the Deputy Medical Director for St Andrew’s Healthcare, Ash is also a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist, with 19 years of experience working in secure care, across all levels of adult security with also extensive experience in adolescent secure services.

A clinical member of the NHSE Adult Secure Clinical Reference Group, Ash also has 13 years of experience in clinical and medical management leadership positions. He also holds an MBA from Henley Business School and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.

His passion lies in clinical governance and quality improvement, the use of data and informatics to improve quality and value in healthcare, and patient safety in organizations.
