Ella Burton

Ella Burton is a clinical professional with extensive experience in neurodiversity and mental health care. Currently serving as the Neurodiversity Clinical Lead at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust since June 2024, Ella previously held the position of Nursing Manager at St Andrew's Healthcare from October 2021 to June 2024. Prior roles include Learning Disability Lead at Central and North West London Foundation Trust and various leadership positions at Cygnet Health Care, including Ward Manager, Practice Development Nurse, and Clinical Team Leader from September 2017 to July 2020. Ella Burton holds a degree from the University of the West of England, completed between 2013 and 2016, and has a foundational education from Queen Mary's College and Pangbourne College.
