Gemma Callan

Gemma Callan is a Nurse Manager at St Andrew's Healthcare with over 22 years of experience in various management positions across multiple secure wards for both females and males with mental health and learning disabilities. Previously, Gemma served as a Deputy Nurse Manager and gained extensive experience as a Senior Staff Nurse, Staff Nurse, and Healthcare Assistant. From January 2017 to October 2018, Gemma worked as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Northampton, teaching mental health nursing, children’s nursing, and child & social care. Additionally, from September 2014 to July 2016, Gemma held the role of Preschool Chair Person at Saxon Preschool, where oversight of the committee and fundraising efforts were key responsibilities. Gemma holds a Higher National Diploma in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse/Nursing from the University of Northampton.
