Paul Hine

Paul Hine has extensive experience in supply chain management and purchasing, with a focus on the food and beverage industry. Paul currently serves as the Supply Chain Director at St Austell Brewery. Prior to this, they held various roles at Wasabi Sushi & Bento, including Purchasing and Logistics Director and Head of Purchasing. Paul also worked at Enterprise Inns Plc as a Purchasing and Logistics expert. Paul's career began at JD Wetherspoon Plc, where they served as the Director of Purchasing and Logistics for over 19 years, overseeing the revenue supply chain and managing a multi-million pound purchasing spend across hundreds of pubs and hotels. Before joining JD Wetherspoon, they worked as Head of Purchasing at Jungheinrich UK Ltd.

Paul Hine earned a Bachelor's Degree in Leisure Retail Management from Nottingham Trent University between 2008 and 2010.
