Alvin Lin is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and operational improvement. Currently serving as Vice President of Ambulatory Care Transformation and Innovation at SBH Health System since September 2018, Alvin oversees clinical operations across multiple healthcare services, focusing on transforming care delivery models. Previously, as Senior Managing Director at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Alvin managed initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction and achieving substantial cost savings. With prior roles at Arcadia Solutions and Deloitte Consulting, Alvin has led strategic planning and operational enhancements in healthcare, cultivating significant expertise in addressing contemporary industry challenges. Alvin holds an MBA in Strategy and IT from the University of Southern California and a BA in Math from The Johns Hopkins University.
