Matthew Seeds, CPM PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Matthew is currently serving as the Director of Information Systems at St. Charles County Government since July 2019. Prior to this, they worked at the City of St. Charles, MO, holding various roles such as Director of Information Technology from October 2012 to July 2019, Interim Director of IT in May to October 2012, and Community Relations Liaison from August 2009 to May 2012. Before their time at the City of St. Charles, MO, Matthew served as the Legislative Director at the Missouri House of Representatives from January 2009 to August 2009 and as a Legislative Aide at the Missouri State Senate from 2005 to 2006.

Matthew began their education at Lindenwood University from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.
