Christy McLeod

Christy McLeod currently serves as the Vice President of Cardiac and Surgical Services at St. Charles Health System since February 2023. Previously, Christy held the position of Chief Executive Officer at The Center for Orthopedic & Neurosurgical Care, overseeing a large medical practice and managing an ambulatory surgical center. In addition to these roles, Christy volunteered on committees at Oregon State University to aid in campus expansion efforts. As an independent consultant, Christy was editor in chief of Healthworx magazine and had a significant tenure at Bend Memorial Clinic as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, where strategic planning and facility development were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes top marketing roles with the International Olympic Committee and Southcorp Wines, along with senior marketing management roles in various industries. Christy McLeod earned a degree from Ohio University.
