Kristina Menard has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Kristina began their career in 2007 at HCA, where they served as the Manager of Children's Services. In this role, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and was involved in budget strategies, staffing, staff education, and the implementation of evidence-based nursing care models. In 2014, Kristina joined Good Samaritan Hospital as the Director of Children's Services. Kristina then moved on to St. Charles Health System in 2019, first serving as the Director of Women's and Children's Services before being promoted to the Director of Home Based Care in 2023.
Kristina Menard obtained their Bachelor's of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Oakland University from 1981 to 1985. Kristina later pursued a Master's of Science in Nursing Leadership from Grand Canyon University from 2011 to 2014.
