Shannon C. Cunningham, LMSW, is an experienced social worker currently serving as a Social Work Care Manager at Montefiore Nyack Hospital since March 2024. Prior to this role, Shannon worked as a Social Work Clinician at St. Christopher's Inc. from March 2023 to February 2024, and as a Social Work Case Manager at SERVICES NOW FOR ADULT PERSONS INC from February 2019 to April 2023.
