Brett Krinke has held various managerial roles in the financial services industry since 2014. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Optum (formerly Alere Wellbeing), where they held various roles including Manager of the Avoidance Investigative Unit, Manager of FWAE Commercial Operations, Supervisor of Investigations Support Services, Team Lead of Waste and Error Investigations, and Waste and Error Investigator. In 2021, they moved to Paycor, where they served as Manager of Client Services. In this role, they led a team of client service advocates solving complex SaaS payroll service issues for their client base across the country. Brett was able to coach and improve team performance within the first three months to deliver above expectation metrics, and established team chemistry and knowledge sharing practices. Brett also developed team tools and resources to improve performance, including creating department and team SharePoint's which helped deliver on SLA's. Brett currently serves as the Director of Operations at St. Cloud Financial Credit Union.
Brett Krinke attended Bemidji State University from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science. In 2008, they also completed a Certificate in Law Enforcement Skills from Alexandria Technical and Community College.
