Amy Mercer

Amy Mercer is a seasoned real property professional with extensive experience in property assessment and appraisal roles across multiple organizations in Wisconsin. Currently serving as the Real Property Lister for St. Croix County since February 2024, Amy has previously held positions as Property Assessment Specialist at the WI Department of Revenue and City Assessor for the City of Fitchburg. Additional experience includes roles as a Residential Appraiser in both Fitchburg and Janesville, with expertise in conducting field reviews, sales analysis, and defending assessment rolls. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from UW Madison and has made significant contributions to the valuation and assessment of residential, commercial, agricultural, and personal properties throughout the career.
