Raymond Lim

Raymond Lim currently serves as the Assistant Vice President at ST Engineering, overseeing the Shared Services Centre focused on Procurement. In this role, Raymond manages a team of 30 staff responsible for indirect spending across all business units while establishing an offshore procurement office that has positively influenced internal stakeholder confidence. Prior to ST Engineering, Raymond held various positions at Merck from 2008 to 2023, including Business Process Expert and Lead and APJ Source to Settle Enablement Lead, where responsibilities encompassed eProcurement activities and process improvement. Raymond's earlier experience includes roles at MSD, Tyco Fire & Security, and Asian Engineering Company, contributing to global sourcing, procurement governance, and supplier management. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Purchasing and Logistics from Southern Cross University and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
