Tan Yew Siang

Tan Yew Siang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and engineering management within the automotive and defense sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Programme Management at ST Engineering since May 2009, Tan oversees the Platform Upgrading Programme. Previous roles include Senior Principal Engineer, where responsibilities included acting as Chief Engineer for the 8x8 Export Programme and leading vehicle dynamics projects. Tan began their career as an Engineer focused on vehicle dynamics and suspension design, contributing to the success of the NUS Formula SAE Team during undergraduate studies, achieving notable rankings in national competitions. Tan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Automotive Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
