Jean-Hugues Perrin

Jean-Hugues Perrin is a seasoned SW Development Engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in mobile phone technology. Currently at ST-Ericsson since May 2009, Jean-Hugues has contributed to the architecture and design of dual subscription mobile phones and the integration of 3G measurements, emphasizing performance improvements to meet customer requirements. Previous roles include positions at ST-NXP Wireless and NXP, where Jean-Hugues focused on developing and integrating physical layer functionalities for UMTS products, driving cost reduction initiatives, and enhancing customer satisfaction during product validations across multiple regions. Early career experiences at NEC Technologies and Alcatel Business Systems involved leading the development of critical functionalities for the first 3G products and enhancing UMTS system capabilities, including participation in standardization processes. Jean-Hugues holds an Engineer Diploma and a Master’s degree in Telecommunication systems and radar from IRESTE.
