Pernilla Frank

Pernilla Frank is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and marketing. Currently serving as Marknad and Kundservicechef at S:t Eriks AB since May 2020, Pernilla previously held the position of Customer Service Manager for Sweden, Norway, and Denmark at Sibelco Europe from December 2010 to April 2020. In this role, Pernilla also acted as Local Process Owner for Sales Order Processing, leading a project to transition to a common ERP system across multiple countries. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator at AV-Teknik Event Engineering and as Restaurant Manager at Hotel Riverton AB.
