Marina Medan

Marina Medan has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as Dining Room Supervisor, Pastry Chef, and Wine Educator at St. Francis Winery & Vineyards since September 2019. Marina's responsibilities include overseeing wine and food pairings, hosting various visitor experiences, and managing dessert preparations alongside the Executive Chef. Previous roles include Manager and Head Baker at Glyka Sweets, where production efficiency and recipe development were key focuses, as well as educational positions such as Quantitative Business Analysis Grader at the University of San Francisco and Baking Instructor at Sonoma Academy. Marina holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of San Francisco and an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Kendall College.
