Romario Gassmann

Romario Gassmann has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Romario started their career as an apprentice at UBS in 2005 and later became an Account Manager for Institutional Clients. In 2010, they briefly served in the Swiss Armed Forces. Romario then moved on to J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where they worked as a Sales Support Executive for institutional clients from 2012 to 2016. Romario then worked as a Client Servicing Manager at Pictet Asset Management from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they are the Head of Asset Management Support at St. Galler Kantonalbank AG, a position they have held since June 2019.

Romario Gassmann has a diverse education history. Romario started their education journey by completing an apprenticeship in Economics at KV Business School Zürich from 2005 to 2008. After that, they pursued further studies and received a Dipl. Betriebswirtschafter HF degree from HSO Business School Switzerland, graduating in 2014. In the same year, they obtained the Business English Certificate (BEC) Higher from Cambridge English Language Assessment.

In 2014, Romario enrolled in the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Romario successfully completed their degree in 2017.

Following their bachelor's degree, Romario continued their studies at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich. From an unspecified period to 2021, they earned a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Wealth & Risk Management. In 2021, they also obtained another CAS in Financial Markets & Valuations from the same university.

Currently, Romario is attending HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich, where they are expected to complete their Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Fintech & Blockchain Economy in 2022.

In terms of additional certifications, Romario obtained the Master Diver certification from Scuba Schools International in 2007.
