Graham Schofield

Graham Schofield is the Director of Estates & Facilities at St George's, University of London. Prior to their current role, they served as the Associate Director of Capital, Projects and Land Development at Healthcare Support and Infrastructure Services from May 2019 to December 2020. In this role, they managed a team of Capital Development professionals and was responsible for developing and implementing the Trust's Estate Strategies. Additionally, they managed the Capital Programme and delivered high quality new build and refurbishment projects. Prior to their role at Healthcare Support and Infrastructure Services, Graham served as the Associate Director of Estates and Development (Strategy and Capital Projects) at Keele University from August 2017 to April 2019. In this role, they strategically managed a team of Estates professionals and was responsible for developing and implementing Keele University's Estate Strategies. Additionally, they managed a Capital Programme of £300 million and delivered high quality new build and refurbishment projects. Graham began their career in Estates as the Assistant Director Estates and Facilities-Capital Projects at Queen Mary University of London from August 2015 to August 2017.

Graham Schofield holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from The University of Bolton, a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The University of Bolton, and HNCs in both Civil Engineering and Building Studies from the University of Central Lancashire.
