Martyn Jenkins

Martyn Jenkins has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Martyn started their career as a Group Accountant at Crosson Motor Group, where they implemented system changes and improved financial reporting. Martyn then worked as a Financial Controller at Kia Motors Ireland, taking responsibility for the finance function and developing reporting structures.

After that, Jenkins joined NOMAD BUILDING SOLUTIONS LIMITED as a Group Financial Controller and IS Manager, where they managed financial reporting and consolidation for a rapidly expanding manufacturing/construction company. Martyn then moved on to Global Construction Services (GCS) Limited as a Group Financial Controller, overseeing the finance function and implementing system changes during a period of significant business changes.

Jenkins later joined Gavin Construction as CFO/COO, where they held dual responsibilities and played a key role in financial and operational management. Martyn then transitioned into the role of Chief Financial Officer at Vix Technology, a position they held for four years.

In 2021, Jenkins became the Board Treasurer at Huntington's WA, a role in which they were responsible for the overall financial performance and stability of the organization. Martyn then became a Non-Executive Director at Huntington's Australia, as part of the merging of five state and territory organizations into a new national body.

Most recently, Jenkins has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer at St John WA, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated exceptional financial expertise and management skills, consistently navigating organizations through periods of change and ensuring financial stability.

Martyn Jenkins completed their GCSEs at Skinners' Grammar School in Tunbridge Wells from 1982 to 1989. Martyn then pursued A Levels in Economics, Maths, and Sociology at Beacon Community College in Crowborough from 1991 to 1993. Martyn furthered their education at the Financial Training College in London and became A.C.C.A. Qualified in Accounting from 1996 to 2000.
