Alison Pritchard

Alison Pritchard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the voluntary sector in Wales. Currently serving as a Facilitator at Academi Wales, Alison fosters reflective discussions at the annual Summer School. As Head of Support at WCVA since July 2019, Alison leads a team ensuring voluntary sector access to essential services and also holds roles as Sustainable Funding Manager and Catalyst Manager, focusing on sustainable funding and organizational resilience. Alison has contributed as a Trustee for Fair Treatment for the Women of Wales and as a Committee Member for St John Ambulance Cymru. Prior roles include Project Coordinator for the Institute of Fundraising, where Alison matched small charities with mentorship to diversify their fundraising strategies, and Programme Officer at the Older People's Commissioner for Wales, where Alison coordinated the Ageing Well in Wales Programme. Alison holds a BA (Hons) in Political Communication from Swansea University.
