Matt de Leon

Matt de Leon, MA, possesses extensive experience in the field of baseball coaching and instruction. Currently serving as the Assistant Baseball Coach at St. John Bosco High School since August 2015, Matt supports team motivation, player evaluation, and communication with parents. Concurrently, Matt has been a Baseball Instructor at Next Level Catching Academy since October 2014, where engagement with athletes of various skill levels focuses on the fundamentals of catching. Additionally, Matt works with youth players at the Mark Cresse School of Baseball, collaborating with former Dodgers coach Mark Cresse. Past positions include Assistant Baseball Coach at San Francisco State University and Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. Matt holds a Master of Arts in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Medicine from California Baptist University.
