Georgina Swinglehurst is a barrister at St John's Chambers since October 2022, currently in the second six of a family law pupillage, specializing in matrimonial finances, private children law, and cohabitation cases under TOLATA. Prior to this role, Georgina served as a family paralegal at Forsters LLP from September 2020 to July 2022 and at Burgess Mee Family Law from August 2019 to September 2020, focusing on similar areas of law and providing comprehensive assistance in court preparations and legal research. Georgina gained additional experience through various mini-pupil programs at notable chambers, court marshalling at the Royal Courts of Justice, and tutoring commercial law to aspiring law students. Academically, Georgina holds a Bar Professional Training Course from BPP Law School, a GDL from The University of Law, a Master of Arts in Classical Reception, and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from the University of Bristol, along with an International Baccalaureate from Sevenoaks School.
