Randy Fink is an experienced Environmental Scientist currently serving as Environmental Scientist III at the St. Johns River Water Management District since October 2021. Responsibilities include UAV mapping, SAV sampling, sediment core and oxygen demand processing, and endangered species monitoring. Randy also has a background in SQL and R programming, wetland and shoreline restoration, and managing projects related to exotic fish nutrient removal. Previous roles include Environmental Scientist II and OPS Biological Scientist at the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, where Randy conducted research experiments for sports fish restoration. Additional experience encompasses various maintenance and supervisory roles at Mt. Lebanon Municipality and a research volunteer position with NOAA. Randy holds a Bachelor of Marine Science from Coastal Carolina University.
