Robert Sherman is an experienced pastor and teacher with a lengthy career in various religious organizations, currently serving as Pastor and Teacher at St. John's United Church of Christ since November 2017. Prior roles include pastor at St. Peter's Evangelical from August 2012 to October 2017, and Pastor ad Interim at A Community of Faith from February 2011 to August 2012. Robert has also held positions at the United Church of Christ – Illinois Conference and the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Illinois and Wisconsin between 2002 and 2011. In addition to being an ordained clergy member since 2001, Robert has a Master of Divinity in Practical Ministry from Christian Theological Seminary (1998-2000) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from George Mason University (1984-1986).
